The challenge

A multi-site edge colocation provider needed to replace ageing critical infrastructure, expand capacity, and refurbish front-of-house areas across multiple UK locations. The complexity lay in managing outputs from different design consultants at once, with limited reliable as-built information. Every design decision had to balance optimisation, cost, and the phasing required to maintain uptime in live facilities.
